I think that no one can deny the great taste of onions. I consider eating them as a snack, rather than a medicine, as I do with many foods. Here are some nutritional facts about onions.
Onions contain antioxidants E100 through E200 and C0 through C12. The units of measurement are as follows, milligrams per kilogram. Milligrams per kilogram equals grams per pound.
I don’t know about you, but I never much enjoy eating green onions. They have a weird peppering and picking action that I find obnoxious. But cooking them doesn’t seem to change the flavor all that much. Onions contain trace amounts of Vitamin C and Vitamin B6.

I’m sure that it has something to do with the alkaline nature of onion cells. Red onions contain healthful sulfides. White onions are mostly sulfuric.
Black onions have the most vitamin C of any commonly consumed herb. White onions have the least.

1 onion, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons honey

1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 cup pints of potatoes, cut into chunks and cooked
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon mustard
1 batch freshly cooked hamburger buns
1 bunch Swiss chard, stems removed and chopped
The method is simple. Just purchase the basic ingredients. You’ll find some tips on acquiring and using them at the end of the recipe. ช่วยตัวเอง Start off easy enough. Begin with a half batch ofcoarsely chopped onion, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon each of fresh minced garlic andives, 1 teaspoon each of sweetener, tamari, ketchup, ketchup, pickle relish, green onions, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and the 8 ounces of pints of potatoes. Heat and serve while coating the burger buns with breadcrumbs that have been brushed with olive oil. Experiment with less and/or more onion and sauce mixture as needed for a mature burger.
